Minimum booking distance is 400km.  Helicopters are generally used for distances less than 400km. 

Airport to airport flights are charged per km.

Minimum charge for a full day is 3 hours.

Pilot overnight fee is R2800 / night + Vat & accommodation costs are for the client's account.

​​Lead time for aircraft bookings: 4 business days.

Payment: Full payment required at least 48 hours prior to any flights.​

​Airport tax & landing fees generally range from R1500-R3500+ Vat depending on aircraft type & number of passengers.​

​Passenger & luggage weight restrictions apply and weight has a direct influence on the price and size of the aircraft to be used.​

​​Online cost estimates are free but formal quotations carry a consultation charge. The consultation fee is refundable when confirming the flight booking.
